Not super impressive loads, but cool to see numbers creeping up without focusing on max effort lifts (this list is prob about every time I’ve done max deadlift since starting CrossFit)
Mile Run – 5:57!!!! VERY excited to finally get my sub 6 goal 🙂 And redeemed myself after last night.

I plan to give 11.6 another go on Friday.
So I think my new goal might be to keep my CFT (3 lifts) higher than what anyone has lifted in one lift at the gym (ie what Lance has deadlifted there)…so if I’m the one that votes for not investing in 100# medal plates you know why, just kidding haha 😉 Very impressive, Lance – EASY!
Run / rest wod from a couple weeks ago: 21:29 … 6:02 (mile), 4:53 (1200m), 3:04 (800m), 1:30 (400m). PR on the mile, but bummed to be SO close and not get sub-6! (I’ll blame it on running the first lap with Jaime and taking the outside)
Haha sorry, but I did pace you to a sub 6 after that 🙂
