    Deadlift 3:45. 30 pounds below my previous max but best of all PAIN FREE!! I haven’t picked up a deadlift weighing more than 225 for 5 months until today!
    Second part. 6:03 mile. PR by 1:10.

    Huge props to Jackovin this morning. Never max deadlifted before and puts up 445. Then proceeds to run right on my heels the whole mile and does it in 6:05. Thats impressive. And still in his first two months of Crossfit!

    Hopefully everyone can make the BBQ on Sunday. Meat provided by Wallace Farms!!! Jaime should have details posted very soon!!

    I’ve been wanting to do CFT for a while now since I missed it last time with my broken foot, so that’s what I did today instead of just deadlifts.

    “CrossFit Total” as R’xd – 590 (40# PR)
    Back Squat – 180, 185, 190(10# PR)
    Shoulder Press – 90, 95(5# PR), 100(fail)
    Deadlift – 300, 305(5# PR), 310(fail)

    Felt great! I will never argue with a day like today – PRs on all 3 lifts!!! I heard a lot of this going around this morning too, but I’ll also ‘blame’ part of this on Lance’s voodoo magic – thanks Lance! 🙂

    Old PR was 425
    My real goal today was not to get beat by 100# by Sir Lance-a-Lot…….probably not 🙂

    PR’d in DL – 335. Think I could do more, but so scared with my disc issues. Then did “Tabata Something Else” – 461. Felt pretty good about that.

    New DL PR, 275:) +30lbs since last PR.
    As well, 7:26mi.. -1:30 since last mile time 🙂
    Excited, excited, excited. Almost got my kipping pullup today, hoping to get in sometime this week! eeek! 🙂
