“Tabata Something Else“
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups (with Band), the second 8 are push-ups (from Knees), the third 8 intervals are sit-ups (Ab-Mat), and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Previous score was 335 on 4/2/10 w butterfly sit-ups and NOT legit pushups…I’d say this CrossFit stuff is working 🙂
Early goal for May – 100 pull ups for time in under 5:00
Tabata Something Else: 351 – was happy with my first set of butterfly pull-ups and after that got stuck between butterfly/kipping quite a bit it seemed. Looking forward to this again once I have butterfly’s down a bit better
