      Yep. He died. Yosemite. He did crazy stuff where he’d jump (on purpose) and let his rope catch him. Rope got entangled and broke.

    Snatches (Power) – 75 – 95 – 105 – 115 – 120 – 125 – 130(f)
    Purple wod – 21 – 15 – 9 – Wall balls 20 lb, KB Swings 53 lb, Ring Pull Ups = 4:54
    I think that ring pull ups are actually easier and harder when doing them within a wod. You can’t really kip them but the pull is easier because you can turn your hands in.

    Noooooo, trying to sprint after squats and back extensions isnt awkward at alllllll…
