Five rounds, each for time, of:
Power clean, 5 reps (135/95) (95/65) (65/45)
Front squat, 10 reps (135/95) (65/45) (65/45)
Jerk, 5 reps (135/95) (95/65) (65/45)
20 Pull-ups (with Band)
Rest 90 seconds

    Bart I think the real challenge is if my 5 rounds can beat your 4 rounds score hahah, my money is on NO 🙂

    Open WOD 11.4 – RX’d 86 – PR by 11 reps 🙂
    And then, with about 5 minutes rest, did hero wod ‘hammer’. 2:28; 3:30; 3:55; 3:45; 3:43
    regardless of time, happy with doing butterfly pull-ups for most of it (even though they weren’t all pretty!)

    Hammer Rx’d 18:12 – Pretty happy with this time.
    1:34, 1:54, 2:48, 2:49, 2:48….the only catch was that I rested approximately an extra 20 seconds before the 5th round because I couldn’t get the clock to start again.

    Hammer in 19:59 … 1:39, 2:39, 3:29, 3:11, 3:01. The first round went awesome – everything unbroken on the barbell and didn’t come off the pull-up bar. After that, not so much.

    Anyone thinking about going to Chicago for regionals, Jaime is planning on calling the Sheraton (about 1/2 mile from Navy Pier) to see if they would do a block of rooms for us and give us a group rate. If that doesn’t work out, I still think Priceline is worth a shot. Here’s the Priceline map of Chicago:

    We could specify we want a 4 star hotel in areas 7 or 8 (Millennium Park, Loop & Grant Park; North Michigan Ave – River North), and I think the farthest we could possibly be is less than 2 miles from Navy Pier…

    Steve and I talked to the wives about taking them to Chicago for the competition….we will watch they can shop….think we are a go, keep us informed on the details.

    Last night at halftime of the Nuggets game Charles Barkley said he signed up for Crossfit to get in better shape. I love Chuck, but still trying to determine if his stamp of approval is a good thing haha
