CrossFit Games Open 11.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees (60 Burpees) (30 Burpees)
Overhead squat, 30 reps (120/90) (90/75) (45/35)
10 Muscle-ups (30 PUs/30 Dips) (30 PUs/30 Dips – both with Band)

Cherie Chan 0 rounds + 5 muscle-ups (90lbs, 95 reps), Rory McKernan 0 rounds + 4 muscle-ups (94 reps).

    11.4 rx’d – 92 reps … WOW, those OHS made MUs hard! Happy to at least get 2. Probably doing this one again Saturday.

    Awesome job, Bobby! I think I will need to try the side jump over the bar you started doing on the burpees.

    Was on MUs with 2 mins left but couldn’t get one 🙁 I WILL next time though!

      Awesome Job to both you and Z!!! When I first read the WOD I was concerned about getting past 90 reps but now I am concerned about even getting to 90!

      It was definitely your coaching Bobby that got me to 90.Thanks! The best part of getting to 90 was that there’s no way I can improve on that number so I will only be doing this WOD once.

    11.4 wod = 61 reps. One overhead squat after all those burpees made me VERY angry. I think I ended up failing while the weight was overhead seven times meaning I did seven power cleans and seven push jerks instead of the overhead squats. I don’t think anything in Crossfit makes me more frustrated….I will get better at these!
