It was definitely your coaching Bobby that got me to 90.Thanks! The best part of getting to 90 was that there’s no way I can improve on that number so I will only be doing this WOD once.

11.4 wod = 61 reps. One overhead squat after all those burpees made me VERY angry. I think I ended up failing while the weight was overhead seven times meaning I did seven power cleans and seven push jerks instead of the overhead squats. I don’t think anything in Crossfit makes me more frustrated….I will get better at these!
