2) row 1000 meters for time
3) throw a softball from 75 feet at a water bottle sitting on a 30 inch box. Most hits out of 10 wins.
Approved again……..but not on our 30 inch boxes, don’t trust either of your accuracy quite enough to risk making a box again

First time doing this WOD. Was shooting for over 400 so felt pretty good about my score. Now it’s time to sit in anticipation for the next 5 hours until they reveal the Sections WOD 11.4
Just looked at my workout sheet….it was 412, not 417.
Whoa! Did someone learn how to crush the box jump?Next time this comes up we gotta go head to head…

Nope, it was more like 45 shoulder presses each round…gotta save those legs for box jumps, haha 🙂 Good work, Bart. Box jumps are looking better!
LOL. Thanks guys! The 20″ box made a huge difference on box jumps. And of course, push presses were done pretty strict but helped me pick up quite a few reps. Justin, you’re on for head to head. I need someone to push me a little more through the box jumps.
aaahhhhhh!!! Muscle Ups in 11.4!!! Guess I’ll be working on getting one if I expect to get more than 90 reps for 11.4. Gotta figure this one out so I don’t drop out of Top 60….after 11.3 I am close……..
Did Helen today = 8:23…previous time 10:48. I’m pretty sure Bobby was right with his “this stuff works,” post. I just hope that holds true for overhead squats tomorrow…yikes!
