absolutely amazing! you looked tired but not exhausted. so I thought I can probably get close to that. After 5 reps I realized that wasn’t going to happen!

I’ll brag for Shelley too (since she’s probably too busy sitting in the FL sun to post). She got 23 rds + 1 (47 reps)!! …and apparently was SO strong she busted one of the 15lb plates and finished with what felt like a totally unbalanced bar, so thinks she can get even more next time. Best of all, she gets to count for Team 515!! Keep up the great work team!

Yes, I am enjoying the Florida sunshine. Of course the scaled weight for us old masters was quite helpful to me in this WOD. I will be trying it again though this weekend when we are back in hopefully warm and sunny ( but not humid) Des Moines.
Thanks for the encouragement Jaime! When I saw the wod last night, my first word was “SH!@”. I was pretty sure I could get a clean, but thought my chances of getting a jerk were about 50-50. Getting it above my head was pretty empowering. We’ll see what I can do on Friday.
