I thought I did well on this work out by crushing Z by a half rep! haha. Until she told me she did 88% of her max and I did 69%.

Looks like the team scores are finally accurate on the Games site, and Team CrossFit 515 is 5th in the North Central Region!!
I’m not so confident that they have the scoring figured out. I would contend that Bobby is tied for first in the North Central region based on their “Scoring” section (click on Competition to get their). It is pretty specific that all of your Regional scores are only based on other people in the region. Bobby finished 1 and 3, for a total of 4. The guy listed in first finished 3 and 1, for a total of 4. Tied for first based on my reading of the rules (does anybody know a lawyer?)
It looks like they’re doing the teams the same way.
More important though is congratulations to everyone who is participating. With the possible exception of the “males, age 55-59”, CF515 is kicking butt in all divisions.

I agree, the individual regional scoring still looks off. The team regional scoring looks ok thou, because it looks like it is only comparing with teams in our region. And the numbers listed finally make sense. They are getting closer anyway…

Really big noon class today – luv it! Reached a goal today – figured out butterfly pull-ups (thanks Will)! Did 5 in row…goal is now to do 10. Other goals 5 rings dips in a row (currently can do 2). Learn double-unders – I am terrible at them!!! Let’s start with 5 in a row -pathetic, I know! 🙂

*Rollover from March – Learn Butterfly pull-ups. I am close to learning them so part of the April Goal will be to do 7 consecutive.
*Rollover from March – 15 consecutive 14# WallBalls (they need to be able to count in competition so hitting blue line)
*Not necessarily a CF goal but I need to have a goal to work in my triathlon training with CF. At least 1 swim, bike, & run per week.
*Not to deviate from the Nutrition Program
*Stay in the Top 60 for Sectionals.

I’m going to go with Bobby’s first four April goals also. You never know, I may be the dark horse in that masters division ( especially now that I’ve tanned up a bit in Florida). Looking forward to being back in Des Moines next week and working out at CF515 again!
