    If you haven’t had a chance to sign up for a time to get measured and have your one on one meeting with Ryan please do so ASAP. Food challenge starts today. If you can’t start today please start ASAP and add your name to the board located outside the office. That way we know who to check in with and see what questions you have along the way as well as your results from week to week!

    Food challenge with Scott, Jazzy, and Greb. To make this offical loser has to COOK the rest of the group a paleo dinner. Scott if you lose I’m expecting a Buffalo Fillet cooked medium with a paleo dessert, salad, and a Ryan approved cocktail! Results are percentage lost of total percent taken on your first measurement. For example if you have 15% body fat week one and in week 10 you have 10% body fat you lost 33% of your body fat. Person with highest percentage lost wins. If anyone else would like to participate in our challenge with in the food challenge please let me know!! Only thing better than a juicy steak is juicy steak made by Scott while I sit on the deck and watch!! haha

    Nick work this morning Lindsey Woods. She got 9 rounds on the sectionals 11.2 WOD! With that score she officially gave her husband Ben a beat down! Sorry ben had to post it!

    30 MUs for time – 11:53 … first time doing 30 for time (my previous time was a workout that just had 30 MUs in it so I called that my “30 for time” time). Happy with this – my goal was under 15

    Bobby challenged me to 30 for time with him doing strict MUs so 11:53 is his time to beat. If I win, I get to jump ahead of him on the ladder. If he wins, he gets to slap me once.

      Jump ahead of Bobby on the ladder, or switch places with him?? You forgot the most important part of his potential prize: slap you once…IN THE FACE! Haha, right?!?!

      If were changing the rules then it has to be switching places! mostly because the farther he is away from me the better!

      Wow, a slap is pretty tempting. Have you specified the location of the slap in advance, or does he choose? You have alot riding on this one.

        It is of my choosing, and there is a potential of me passing it along to Justin on their wedding day, as a gift for everyone at the reception 🙂

    So…what you’re telling me is that I need to hurry up & learn a MU by noon??! 🙂 My hands are toast & not thinking they can handle that many pull-ups!!!

    Nice job Lindsay!

    Excited/nervous for the food challenge. I don’t think you guys want me join your food challenge group, Brian – being a vegetarian, if I had to cook your steak it would probably not be very good!!!

    April Goals:
    1) 2 Consecutive MUs
    2) 5 strict HSPUs
    3) Rainbow DL (295#) – March goal, but never tried.
    4) Sub 6:00 mile – Grand Blue Mile is April 26!
    5) Finish Jesus WOD R’xd in under 1 hour (previous time last Easter – 77:07)

        Jesus WOD (The way of the Cross):

        14 Rounds for time
        95lbs Barbell
        10 Deadlifts
        10 Squat cleans
        10 Push Press

        50 ft of Walking Lunges with barbell on back. Walk back to start
        point. At no point does the barbell touch the ground until after rounds 3 7
        and 9.

        After Round Three Seven and Nine 7 Turkish Get Ups 1.5 Pood (seven is the
        number of completion)

        The WOD represents 14 stations of the Cross with the three time Jesus
        fell to the ground.

    Did Todd’s B-Day WOD today. 4:57. I did the open WOD the day before and got 8 rounds plus 12 push ups. My wife beat me on this one. I will do it again on Sunday before the results are due. Great job wife!
