      Cool story! Neat to hear her say about how CrossFit helped her not only physically, but mentally too.

      U and me both, Lindsay. Wish I had known about it when I was playing tennis. I think I’ve said that a time or 2 now 🙂

    Ring Dips and I do not get along. I think I pretty much did sets of 1 for most of the workout today on the ring dips. 🙁
    I’ve gotta find a way to get better at these! And in the meantime, I’m crossing my fingers they are not in this week’s open wod!)

    Have two sick kids so I had to make up a home workout while they napped…I followed the rep scheme for today’s wod but did squats, push-ups and hspu’s = 10:55. Hspu’s were a bad idea to be a substitution for ring dips. My shoulders will hate me tomorrow.
