    Open WOD 11.1 – 6 rounds + 5 snatches…Not a good day for DUs, so kinda a waste to do it again and do worse 🙁 Oh well.

    DL/OHS Friday WOD R’xd – 7:43…This went much better at least. Close to beating a 5 months ago Bobby time – I’ll take that, haha 🙂

    I posted a sign up for the food challenge on the ladder white board located outside the gym office. Please add your name asap to the board if you want to join the first wave of people. If you can’t get on the board this week please join when your ready. There is no bad time to start! Check back daily for details on when Ryan will be available for orientation into the food challenge! This should be a lot of fun and hopefully people will post their great results and share what foods they have found that fit into the diet and taste great!!
