* Dead Lift shoulders must be over hips at top.  You can drop bar from top.
* Ring push up SETUP: bottom of rings 3″ inches off floor (7.6 cm).  3″ above box if using box for feet.
* Ring push up DEPTH: rings must touch shoulders at the bottom of each rep OR shoulder must be BELOW elbow at bottom of each rep.
* Ring push up LOCK-OUT: locked elbows at top with hand palms FACING each other.
* Push up DEPTH: chest touches floor at the bottom of each rep.
* Push up LOCK-OUT: locked elbows at top.

    Shelley improved her performance in the CrossFit games WOD #1 by 35 reps, and is now in the top ten overall for her age group. I also improved mine by 3 reps, moving from below the middle of the pack into just below the middle of the pack.

    Please, no comments about where the kids get their athleticism.

    A day at Cert didnt really help my ugly squat snatch form but I think it’s getting better. Bart crushed it!

    Hands down worst pain I’ve ever experienced from a WOD, something about the whole thing created the perfect storm in my body by the end.

    11.1 WOD again…5 rounds 23 DU – which was an improvement.

    I resubmitted my score on the Games website, but the site was acting a little funny.

    abbate rxd, 32:37..but I figured out that I was running in to the wind the whole time, and didn’t decide to switch it around.. a little stupid of me.. but way to go jim and shelley!

    Throwdown Series wod 2 – 14:46 … that was horrible, and I was not feeling strong today.

    I decided for sure I am going to do the sectionals wod again tomorrow … dun, dun, dun …
