    Modified blue WOD. 90# front squats. 10 double unders substituted for each rope climb. 15:10.

    Ran 2 miles beforehand with Shelley. Didn’t keep track of time, but she claims it was a PR for her (having never run 2 miles straight in her life before today).

    She finIshed 2nd in the run. I finished 2nd in the WOD.
