100 Sit-ups
100 Back extensions
Run 1 mile

Mix and match back extensions and sit-ups as needed.

20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

*Weight (95/65)

*Perform 4 Burpees on the minute, every minute

    5:00 C&J as rxd- 39 (PR by 6)
    54321 WOD as rxd- 261 (PR by 51)

    I propose we have a pool for who can guess the first workout for the Regional tryouts. $5 per guess.

    My guess is 100 pull-ups for time.

    *Was happy with the running after feeling like I haven’t run much since fall
