    Yesterday – Death by Pushups (no pullup bar at the hotel gym) = 14 rds + 13

    Today – Wed’s WOD – AMRAP (3 Bench @ 135# / 5 Back Squat @ 225#)
    15 Rds + 1 Bench

    Air Force WOD – with 75 lbs = 8:53…I HATE overhead squats. By the end of April I will be able to power snatch and then overhead squat 95 lbs 10 times consistently.

    Much needed rest day today, but I did Sunday’s wod last night (4 rounds: 7 muscle ups, 15 deadlift @ 155#, 30 lunges) – 21:25

    Today – Death by Pullups on a shitty hotel pull up bar 13 rds +11
    then…
