    7 Minute AMRAP = 96 reps, 2 Minute AMRAP = 37 reps. They both hurt.

    Reps of 5-4-3-2-1 of
    Deadlift 250#
    Box Jump 36″
    Rope Climb

    Pretty much what I was expecting…blow through the deads and box jumps then stare at the rope. Awesome WOD though and you crushed me! It was a lot of fun, nice work Adam.

    What challenges does my beautiful, intelligent fiance have in store for me? I have a feeling it won’t be nice 8)

    7 min AMRAP – Rx’d = 60 reps (felt positive about doing toes-to-bar)

    2 min Burpees = 33 reps

    Black wod rx’d – 93 reps (not happy with this, not sure what my deal was on the toes to bar), THEN
    Burpees – 45

    Did my challenge WOD with Jasmine this morning:
    Handstand hold against the wall for as long as possible then have that much time to do pistol squats. Have fun, Jasmine!

    I plan on doing our Challenge WOD over lunch today. I wasn’t sure if you’ve done it yet or not.

        Did the Challenge today. Jim had the rotary members in the gym for lunch so I was only able to bear crawl 13 squares and back (total of 26 squares) each round. This was a pretty good workout considering running is not my favorite. Have fun and good luck!!

    Realized on the way home why my reps on today’s WOD were quite what I expected … I put on 75 rather than 65#. No wonder those ground to overhead seemed a little heavy :o)
    Here’s to hoping it will make me stronger!

    Also did my first round of TTB unbroken too, so goal accomplished 🙂

    Teresa, didn’t you try to put 105# instead of 95# on the bar yesterday for your back squats too?? You’re all about the extra credit lately 😉
