McCluskey – Kevlar WOD – (via Bobby)
(Doing Ring Dips but used a 15 lb vest for the whole WOD)
    32:09

Also, my 8 year old son Max did his first GHD Sit-up and got on this months “Cool Board” before I got a chance to 🙂

  2. Adam P says:

Today’s wod – 15:18. My squat snatches still suck but I got through it. Nice job Lindsay, you smoked that workout!

Hey Yoder! I’m doing Helen tomorrow so get ready to cry!

  3. Todd says:

Wod – 19 something. rx’d. I’m with you Adam. You cannot really call what I do a squat snatch. It’s more like a snatch with a bob, an attempt at something resembling a squat – it’s all very virtual and impressionistic. Need to work on lower back and shoulder flexibility.

    Black WOD as R’xd – 16:12
Wow, today was just not my day I guess. I started feeling weird and light-headed during the first round, but then in the 2nd round I got a bloody nose 🙁 For some reason I guess my body wasn’t liking the combo of running outside in the cold, coming into the warm, and then standing on my head…I don’t know why that would be, haha!! I agree w Adam, you killed this one Z!

Redeemed my morning a little bit afterward and did like 10 strict HSPUs – including 2 in a row 🙂

  5. Bobby says:

    Black WOD as Rx’d – 10:26

*Last set of HSPU’s screwed me
**I will get better at HSPU, THEY WILL BECOME A STRENGTH RATHER THAN A WEAKNESS

  6. Bart says:

    Bobby,

Just heard that they’re allowing you to scale workouts this weekend so you should be good to go. 🙂

    • Bobby says:

      SUCH A FUNNY GUY 🙂

Just saw on Rogue’s Facebook page that Mikko is gonna be there……can you say let’s kick some Finnish A**!!! Yay America haha

    • Bobby says:

Ya I just heard the ropes will have knots if you needs them, so when your weak little girly arms get tired you won’t have to wait for me to come carry you the rest of the way up…..there’s a big weight off my back, literally HUGE 🙂

On a side note, lucky magenta banana hammock is packed! Figure if the crossfit doesn’t go well I might as well go win myself an Arnold, you know while I’m there and all haha

  7. Jaime says:

Congratulations Bobby on WINNING Part 1 of the Throwdown Series on Saturday!! …so does that count as achieving your March goal since you actually did the WOD in Feb but didn’t find out results till March, haha??

And CrossFit 515 team made the top 10! Good work team 🙂

Black wod rx’d (with kipping HSPUs) – 10:58 … felt really good about the wod, then decided 100 GHDs for time with Justin would be a good idea, and it was NOT! 4:16 (touching with 2 hands). Started feeling like I was going to pass out / vomit at about 70. But I did finish and beat my old time by 1 second. Don’t think I’ll be doing that again for a long time!

  9. Justin says:

    Black WOD – 25:30

Run + Squat Snatch = GOOOOOD
    HSPU = BAAAAAD

Then an ugly 100 GHD for time – 5:19

    Horay for Rest Day tomorrow!

  10. Bart says:

Thought I’d give Grace a go – 2:16. Was shooting for under 2:00 so hopefully I’ll be able to shave some time off in the next couple days. LOL.

Today’s WOD Rx’d – 11:45. Squat snatches felt surprisingly comfortable. I think I might actually be gaining some flexibility. Crazy how this stuff works! 🙂

    • Bobby says:

That’s crazy! How did you break up the reps? That’s another one of those wods I’ve never done with any kind of strategy and im trying to decide if it would help or not

      • Bart says:

I had aboslutely no strategy going in to it and it probably would have been better if I had. I think I did the first 15 unbroken and then was just doing how ever many I could at a time after that. Apparently I need to learn how to use my legs and hips to drive the weight up according to Will and Lance. I have a tendency to strict shoulder press it which wears me out pretty bad.

  11. Jodi says:

    Nice job team 515!

    Today’s WOD – 18:05 – 400 m/run – black weight – 2 ab mats for HSPU’s

Goals for month: Butterfly pull-ups (have the movement down – just need to get chin over bar!), strict ring dip, strict HSPU, do the black WODS if I am capable of lifting the weight – even if it takes me forever!

  12. kylie says:

Am going to have to take a default loss to Shelley. Won’t be able to workout for awhile. I had a meningitis scare. But found out its a servere case of mono on top of strep. So good job Shelley! 🙂

  13. Jeremy Yoder says:

    Todays WOD
    Black WOD – 14:45 with 1 Abmat HSPU’s
then made up the Tabata WOD from a while back
    Tabata Abmat Sit-ups – 16/15/15/15/15/15/15/15
