PART 1 (for time):

50 Wallballs (20#/14#) (14#/10#) (10#/6#) PLUS
3 ROUNDS:
30 Double Unders (100 Single Jumps) (60 Single Jumps)
15 Toes to Bar (Toes above Waist) (Leg Raises)
10 Front Squats (135#/95#) (95#/65#) (65#/45#)

PLUS (IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING)

PART 2 (max weight):

1 Rep Max Clean (3 MINUTE TIME LIMIT)

RULES:
1. The movement standards are CrossFit standards.
2. Video submission MUST include both parts with no breaks
3. Capture video of clock at the beginning, end of Part 1 AND end of Part 2.
4. Wallballs to 10 foot target. Video frame includes target and hips.
5. Barbell for Front Squat is on the floor NOT on racks.
6. Front squat: hips below knees on squat, full extension of hips at top of movement.
7. First front squat on any set can be a full squat clean.
8. Cleans are done with Front Squat bar. Have additional weights setup.
9. Clean can be power clean OR full squat clean.
10. Top score of Part 1 has lowest time; Top score of Part 2 has heaviest clean (in lbs).
11. The two parts will be scored separately and equally.
12. The winner will have the lowest average.

    Scott, Challenge –

    Here are the same three workouts that no one has chosen yet. Here are ur options:

    Workout #1
    21 – 15 – 9 HSPU with one ab mat, and pullups w/ 45lbs vest.

    Workout #2
    3 rounds of: 3 rope climbs and 10m Farmer walk with 135lbs Barbells. (for a total of 270lbs farmer walk…and you can mark the center of the Olympic bar with tape for reference.)

    Workout #3
    1-1-1-1-1 Max Dead Lift

    33 burpee challenge against Mitch – 57 seconds. Looks like its you and me now Tara 🙂 Any ideas on a challenge workout you’d like to do?

    Throwdown Event 1 – 10:30 / 130# clean … Not so fun going next to Bobby in that workout! I think I was in the middle of round 1 when he finished all of Part 1, hahaha

    I had to break up Jaime and Tara’s into two videos in order to fit on youtube. These should be uploading now (from the computer at the gym). I submitted Justin and my results and videos already. Jaime and Tara – when your video is live and you submit results, I would just put video 1 where it asks for the URL then paste the URL for video 2 in the comments and explain that you couldn’t get it on youtube or vimeo any other way. Video 2 should start exactly where video 1 stops (when Jaime time is up on cleans).
