“Choose Your Own Tabata”

Choose your excersie to complete tabata.  For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can – then rest 10 seconds.  Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.  The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.

    Deadlift: 175-195-205-215-225, then one rep at 245# (old max was 215#)… can officially lift 2x my BW 🙂
    Tabata GHDs: 10 … could have easily done 11, but started at 10 because I listened to Bobby. Jerk.

    GHD Tabata, kept on calling it Ciabatta this evening. Deb finally corrected me, got 10. Started off strong at 12, then slowly depreciated from there.
