5 Handstand Push-ups (Ab-Mats under head) (Feet on Box)
10 One legged squats, alternating (Assisted) (Assisted)
15 Pull-ups (with Band)

Lance Cantu 28 rounds + 9 push-up (Cindy), Kim Malz 25 rounds + 7 push-up (Cindy).

    Cindy rx’d = 21 rnds + 5 pull ups and 4 push ups…..just a bit better than the 12 rounds I did a year ago!

    I think I enjoyed this because I’m pretty sure some of the same thoughts went through my mind when I did my first workout.

    Cindy rx’d: 13 rounds + 5 pullups + 6 pushups. Agree with Jaime, definitely felt like push-ups were IT in this wod!

    Hey Bobby,

    Looks like were in the running after the Again Faster WOD 16 & 17. I don’t think too many people want to do wall climbs since the majority only have 3 minutes remaining.

    rep max by 20lbs…got 125!

    I went back at noon and did yesterday’s wod – 9:51 with 45# bar. Now my whole body is officially wrecked!
