-We will start at 135#, then we will each attempt the weight and move up in 5# increments
-Once you miss at a weight you get 3 attempts at the weight (including your 1st miss)
-Once the weight is set up each time each person will get 90 seconds to attempt their lift
-Only 1 time you may request an extra 60 seconds

YODER BDAY WOD: 29:18 with kipping pull-ups. Had an issue during my Snatches which cost me some time (and extra reps) but in the end I did do a total of 35 reps at 65#.
