30 Dumbbell Single Arm Shoulder To Overhead

Dumbbell Weights Used:

Elite Male & Elite 40+ #55
Elite Female & Elite 40+ #35
Intermediate Male & 40+ #35
Intermediate Female & 40+ #20

***Note – you are running sideline to sideline. There is no minimum rep requirement for each arm on the movements.

    My plan is to do WOD 1 at about 8:30, then do WOD 2 at about 9:30, then come back sometime in the afternoon and do WODs 3 and 4.
    Anyone that wants to join me is welcome.
    We can all decide on a time to come back in the afternoon that would work.

    WOD 1: Black RXd 5:54
    WOD 2: max 135
    WOD 3: 16:48 completed (2 rounds completed at what I thought was a ten min cap). Needless to say, this last one did NOT go as planned. Giving it another go possibly tomorrow.
