PR by 5:20, compaired to less than 4 months ago 🙂 that’s pretty sweet!
That’s not impressive or anything. So let me guess, you’ve been rowing long distances like 3 or 4 times a week for the last 4 months right? Hahaha this CrossFit stuff…..I think it might work

Run 5K – 24:49
Definitely no PR or anything, but pain free!
Tara, you totally called this one last night…running WOD in honor of my first day being able to run again. Can’t believe you were right, did you let mainsite know?!?! Haha
And did my first Strict HSPU this morning too (finally achieved a goal)!! Good day so far 🙂

Row 5K – 17:56.8
*Damper setting 4
5k run on the treadmill (no way I’m rowing 5k when I have the option of running) – 22:14, about a minute faster than October. Goal for next time is to be under 7 min pace (under 21:45) … so I should probably starting running 5k or longer a few times each week, right Coach Bobby? haha
Row 5K – 22:39 PR
Damper setting 4 since I used the rower that Bobby had used…..it was not quite as fast of a rower for me (haha) but I’ll take a PR anyday.
Joanie, I see butterfly pull ups in your future real soon! Thanks for giving me something to watch to take my mind off the pain of rowing 5K.
Hey Laura- did you decide on a number of rounds for workout #3? depending on how many I might pick workout 1- let me know so I can get it done 🙂
WOD 3 is 10 minute AMRAP so the # of rounds is up to you!!
I’m not sure how I missed that 🙂 Okay- I’ll do it either tomorrow depending on how late I work tonight or Saturday morning!
