    FIVE rounds for time of 275 lb deadlift/50 double unders = 17:00…that one hurt.
    The 5:30 class has a lot of go getters so we all got together and decided to do five rounds instead of three! GO 5:30!

    February Goals:
    1) 30 FROM Pushups
    2) 30 Toes-to-bar
    3) Strict HSPU (carryover from January)
    4) Butterfly Pullups (carryover from January)

    1)Freestanding Handstand Push Up
    2)One-arm Handstand Hold
    3)50 Pullups
    4)425lb deadlift
    5)150 double unders
    6)200lb OHS
    7)Fran under 4:30 (previous 5:21)

    starting point for Feb Goals:
    Max pull-up: 20 (goal is 24)
    Max Push up: 23 (goal is 28)

    Feb goals are pretty much the same as January:

    -5 consecutive full ROM MU (went from 0-2 in Jan)
    -OH Squat 115 (crossed that off the list last night OH squatting 145)
    -3 consecutive HSPU, no abmat (currently at 1ish…depending on who you ask)
    -30 consecutive butterfly PUs (I have done this before but I need to prove to myself it wasn’t a freak accident)
    -Turn 26 years old (here I come Cool Board!)

    K Brian, since you’ve been waiting so patiently…not 😉 , here are your challenge options:
    1) For time: 10 Pushups, 10 Wall Climbs, 10 Pushups
    2) 100 GHD Situps for time
    3) For time: Overhead walk (155/105) length of gym & back – must set bar down to turn around – no rack (Length of gym = 20 squares)

    Joanie,
    Contingent upon approval, here are my challenge options to you:
    1) Climb, roll, and crawl. 5 rounds for time of 1 rope climb, 5 forward rolls, and bear crawl 18 squares.
    2) Fran. If you cannot do prescribe, I’ll work with you on coming up with something that’s equitable.
    3) 50 bw deadlifts for time.

    February goals:
    1) Take a minute off my Fran time; get it down to 6:12.
    2) 20 pull-ups.
    3) Deadlift 275# thirty times in 8 minutes or less.

    1. 10 muscleups
    2. Find that thing I used to have what was it again. Oh yeah, decent performance!!!!
    3. Free stand handstand 10 seconds
    4. Climb back up the ladder

    Well I watched Nate do 120lbs on his weighted pullup and since I wasn’t happy with my last performance I decided to give it another go. Ended up with 127.5lbs. Then Nate gave it right back to me on today’s WOD by spanking me by over 2 minutes – 5:32. Nice work Nate!
