    CFE WOD:
    5×5 Good Mornings – 95, 105, 115, 125, 125 (1 min rest between sets)
    then 2 minute rest followed by:
    3 Rounds – 15 Wall Balls (20#), 20 Wall Ball Slams (20#) – 4:08
