    Ladder Challenge: 6:06 5 rds 20 squat 95#s, 20 pushups! Nice work Scott. I thought you had me! After your first two rounds I said its over, I lost!!

    I decided to do ONLY the optional part of today (no split jerk for me yet).

    Okay – here’s my challenge to Mitch….(pending approval)
    Option # 1
    7 rounds for time
    1 rope climb
    15 burpees

    Option # 2
    2 Mile Run for time (You pick if we do 8 laps outside or run on treadmill. If on treadmill, has to be a 2.0 incline)

    Option # 3
    For time
    50-40-30-20-10
    Double Unders
    Squats

    Call out to Signe for the challenge……

    WOD 1 – 3 rounds:
    Chin above bar hold
    30 second rest
    Handstand hold
    30 second rest
    Push-up hold (hold at the bottom of a push up just hovering above the ground)
    1 minute rest between rounds

    Basically hold each exercise as long as you can – trainers can help keep track of times. Add the time of the 3 exercises together each round; Then take the lowest time as your score for the WOD. Winner has the longest hold time. Something different but should be fun!

    WOD 2 – 3 rounds for time:
    Broad jump the length of gym, do 15 push ups; Broad jumps back the length of the gym, do 15 push ups
    Run with 25 lbs (400m – 8 laps inside around the cones)

    WOD 3 – 10 minute AMRAP
    8 Sumo deadlift high pull (agreed upon weight)
    10 dips (band if needed but let’s make it challenging! We can agree on the color of band)
    12 box jumps (20in)

    Bobbys challenge= 5 rope climbs without touching the ground ouch… then.. Cfe wod 21 15 9 hang power clean 115#, chest 2 bar.. 727 sad time my arms were smoked..
