Randy

Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 6 in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons’ wife and two children.

    Great race Bobby! I’m guessing I wouldn’t have started with 40 unbroken had I not seen you out of the corner of my eye still going too. That was fun…I’ll just enjoy it until you get to challenge me back and can pick almost ANYTHING you want to slaughter me with!! I can just hope it will be a while before you catch me – I’m waiting, Nick or Brian M 😉
    And awesome job on the handstand walk too – super COOL!!!

    Shoulders were pretty smoked but gave Randy a try afterwards. Rx’d – 5:18

      craziest 30 for time I have ever seen. Note to self never put muscle ups in a challenge wod with Bart

      Find one rep squat Clean 225 (with “I like big butts” playing in the background)

      10 ring pushups
