15 Deadlifts (250/205) (205/145) (145/85)
25 Box jumps (30) (24/20) (12/8)
50 Pull-ups (25) (with Band)
100 Wallball shots (20/14) (14/10) (10/6)
200 Double-unders (100 DU’s) (400 Singles)
Run 400 meters with a plate (45/35) (35/25) (15/10)

White WOD is same as Grey, but with 1/2 the reps

    23:15 Black WOD for NUTTS. I substituted 30 lunges instead of deadlifts. I regret all the oreos I ate last night, horrible idea. Love the WOD though.

    Was all over the different color WODS today.
    Combination of black and grey.
    19:27!
    Pushups on box.
    205lb Deadlift
    12 inch box. (Still terrified of the larger ones)
    Pullups with band.
    14lb wallball.
    400 singles.
    400m run with 35lb plate.

    14 wallball (I think the ball hit me in the face only once – improvement!) (black)
