Body weight bench press (2/3 X Bodyweight) (1/3 X Bodyweight)
Pull-ups (Pull-ups) (Pull-ups with Band)

Dave Lipson, 205lbs: 24/40, 20/36, 16/32, 16/32, 14/32
Mel Ockerby, 135lbs: 7/50, 6/44, 5/41, 4/32, 5/32
Austin Malleolo, 170lbs: 21/40, 18/35, 13/29, 11/28, 10/15
James Hobart, 180lbs: 13/42, 10/42, 9/33, 7/30, 6/26
Kristan Clever, 135lbs: 12/35, 12/35, 12/28, 12/28, 11/25
Heather Bergeron, 135lbs: 5/44, 5/40, 4/33, 4/31, 5/30
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

January “COOL” Board

– Make some goals for January, and get your name on the Board when you accomplish them

– AND let me videotape  if you are attempting, you should be proud of it

    January Goals:
    1. Handstand Walk the length of the gym (walked 3/4 about 4 times now)
    2. 10 Consecutive Muscle Ups (PR is 8 )
    3. 21 Consecutive HSPU’s (PR is 16)

    Basically all the same December goals haha

    Oh and my New Years Resolution is to NEVER lose to Lindsay or Jaime
    ………And to learn to be able to do back flips 🙂

    1. 3 HSPU
    2. 10 Consecutive Muscle ups
    3. Back Squat 300
    4. Snatch 155
    5. 100 Double unders

    I also want to do muscle murph w/o a 20lb vest just to say I have done it.

    These are lofty But why not aim high

    1. Strict hspu
    2. 15 consecutive butterfly pull ups
    3. Learn butterfly muscle ups
    4. 100 consecutive double unders (PR is 50ish)

    1. 185lb OH Squat (current 155lb)
    2. 25 Consecutive HSPU (current is 21)
    3. 12 Consecutive Muscle Ups (current is 8)
    4. 125 Double Unders (current is 62)
    5. 45 Consecutive Ring Dips (current is 34)
    6. Handstand Walk 15 squares (current is 8 squares)

    And last but not least; gain more flexibility.

    1). Learn kipping HSPUs
    2). 50 consecutive DUs (since I failed at this goal in Dec)
    3). Schedule a rest day when “Bull” is the WOD 🙂

    I was 1 for 2 with December goals. Got the kipping pull-ups; failed on the DUs.

    Lots to work on, but the three most important to me are:

    1) OH squat 135 (PR 115)
    2) 5 consecutive MU (PR 2)
    3) 3 consecutive HSPU (PR 1)

    And above all continue to work on flexibility!

    Blue WOD (90lbs) : 11/29, 11/25, 11/27, 9/27, 9/25 = 51/133= 184
    …or Black WOD as Rxd: 133 🙂

    January Goals:
    1. Strict HSPU
    2. Muscle up w no false grip
    3. Learn butterfly pull ups…so do at least 10 in a row and do at least one WOD w them.
    4. Bench 120 (Dec goal, PR is 115)
    5. 15 Ring dips (Dec goal, PR is 11)
    6. Beat Bobby 🙂

    Lynne blue wod (80#): 7/31; 8/33; 6/29; 6/28; 5/23 = 32/144
    Blue wod 176, black wod 144

    AND max pull ups: Jaime (29) + Lindsay (31) > Bobby (55) = on demand double dream hands burpees for Bobby!!! 🙂
    Bart and Bryant had a late entry and won with a total of 72 (I think) but no ddh burpee wager
