Again Faster WOD #11

For time:

Double Unders (200) (100) (400 singles)
Deadlifts (9000#/7000#) (7000#/5000#) (5000#/3000#)
75 Barbell Thrusters (45#) (35#) (15#)

* Weight on deadlift bar will determine # of reps.  If weight isn’t an even multiple of the 9000#/7000#, athlete will round up.  For example, if you choose to complete the 9000# with 185# (9000/185=48.6), you’ll complete 49 reps.
* Reps can be partitioned as the athlete wishes.
* Once workout begins, deadlift weight must remain the same

– Erica Stone:  First Kipping Pull-Up without a Band
- Shelley Noyce:  Double digit max DUs(12)
– Lindsay Noyce:  Two consecutive Muscle Ups
– Brian Maro:  Muscle Up with 15 lb. vest

– Brian Maro:  15 Consecutive Butterfly PU’s

    Modified Grey WOD – 15:27
    3 rounds:
    200, 100, 100 = 400 single leg jump rope
    27,20,20 = 67*45# weighted back extentions (3000#)
    30,25,20 = 75 pushups

    You are on a roll there Brian. You’ve met 2 goals and you still have half a month left!
    I managed to string together 15 DUs in the workout today. I almost felt like I had the hang of DUs (at least occasionally).
