– Brian Maro:  Muscle Up with 15 lb. vest

    Push Press: 175
    Did the pullups but wasn’t going for any certain time more just working on butterfly. Did get my other december goal of 15 consective butterflys.

    Shoulder Press (seated): 55-60-65-70-75-80-85 (2)

    100 Pullups for time – 9:39
    New max pullups PR – 30 🙂

    Might not have been the best strategy for me to go after 30 unbroken to start with…it went downhill quickly after that!

    Black WOD as Rx’d – 2:54 (tied old PR, not happy with that) Was feeling really good too, hand wraps went to sha* early, not cool
