Men’s Affiliate Team Tryouts

– Open to all males, and anyone that would like to help judge we would be more than happy for the help
– This Sunday, Please show up by 8:00 a.m., first workout will start sometime between 8:00 and 8:30
– Top 3 males after all 4 workouts will make the team
– Games style scoring: 1 point for 1st place on a workout, 2 for 2nd……..lowest total points is the winner
– Full Range of Motion will be gone over prior to each workout

Workout #1  (10 minute time cap)

For Time:
21 – 15 – 9
Overhead Squat (95 lb.)
Pull-Ups

Rest Time:  20 minutes after time cap is up

Workout #2  (15 minute time cap)

5 Rounds For Time:
10 Deadlift (225 lb.)
10 KB Swing (1.5 pood)
20 Double Unders

Rest Time:  40 minutes after time cap is up

Workout #3  (15 minute time cap)

3 Rounds For Time:
400 meter Run
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Squat Cleans (135 lb.)

Rest Time:  20 minutes after time cap is up

Workout #4

As Many Rounds As Possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Ring Dips
10 Box Jumps (24 in.)
15 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups
