10 Squat Snatches (95/65)
10 Ring dips
10 Knees to elbows

Austin Malleolo 10 rounds + 2 snatch, Dave Lipson 9 rounds, Karianne Dickson 8 rounds + 4 dips (65lbs).

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:

10 Ring dips (with Band)
10 Toes to Bar

Grey WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
10 Squat Cleans (65/35)
10 Dips (on side of Box)
10 Leg Raises

    Black wod rx’d – 4 rds + 4 snatches … spent most of the 20 min staring at the rings and the barbell …

    Tara – very impressive on the snatches!! That’s a crazy hard move to pick up so quickly

    Black WOD 7rds plus 10 snatches.

    Dips were a lot harder than they should have been. Nice job everyone in the morning classes. Some good form being shown on a very difficult movement.

    Havin fun in Cabo!!

    Mondays WOD – 10 sets for time (15 sit-ups, 5 pull-up, 5 bicep curl @70lb) 13 min 15 sec

    Tuesdays WOD – 12 sets for time – Run barefoot from the surf up the sand dunes to cabana and back to surf (about 200 yards each round trip x 12 sets) 14 min 36 sec (Got some weird looks from folks on this 1)

    Wednesdays WOD – 6 back to back games of 4 man sand volleyball during tournament – About 2.5 hrs

    Blue WOD w/red band for dips – 7 rounds + 9 snatches… I luv how people look at me weird when I’m driving downtown w/my window down when it’s this cold out trying to cool off!
