    The first box jump after the row was kinda scary! As much as I dislike box jumps, I actually liked this WOD.

    I agree with you Jen….and thanks for the extra push today. I was trying extremely hard to keep up with your pace. And I know you agree that its nice to post a “black” time today (especially after yesterdays “grey” time).
