    Nice work Bryant on dead lifting 405. More than 2.5 times his body weight!

    Awesome job everybody on all the PRs!! I’m so jealous 🙁 I have to have surgery on Wednesday, but hopefully will be back in soon to see all the hard work I’ve been hearing about…and eventually participate again! Until then, keep up the great work!! Maybe someone can even teach me how to walk down the stairs in heels too 😉
