    Abraham Lincoln?

    I could think of 3 that have the same number in their first and last names. I eliminated one of them, because I know his middle name, and it’s too long. I don’t have a clue what the middle names are of the other two, or whether they even have one. If Lincoln is wrong, do I get a second guess?

    1 mile run
    then 4 Rounds of 400M Sprint at 10mph and 20 unbroken pushups

    9:30
    100 OH squats 65#
    4 burpees every minute
    Dear God help me…………….. yes I was praying that aloud.
    Totally lost track of time…. but I think I did at least 7 rounds of burpees.

    I have decided I need a bigger chest haha, for me to actually hit something to the bar it feels like I need to get my stomach up there haha

    Black wod rx’d – 8 rounds. First time doing C2B in a wod – whew!
    Then
    Driving wod: 670 miles for time. On about 10 hour pace.

    Flight of stairs in the parking garage at work yesterday NOT as Rxd = broken foot and lots of unscheduled rest days for me 🙁 🙁 🙁
