    Made up yesterday’s WOD: Bench press 110# for sets of 8 x2; 21-15-9 KB snatch and pull ups (1 pood) 6:47 Good one!

    Congratulations to Carolyn on her 45 pullups yesterday!! Awesome job (hope the hands are ok)!
    And kudos to Shelley for doing the Black WOD this morning as Rxd with the 35 barbell! That was very impressive, Mom! I think it took me longer to convince you to try it once then it did for you to complete the whole workout, haha 😉

    Difficult workout for me. First time doing Turkish get-ups. The Turks need a better way to get-up as far as I’m concerned!
