‘Lindsay’s 26th B-day Team WOD’

In teams of two, each team must complete the following in order.  Only one team member can be working at a time, but the movements and reps can be split any way between team members.  Fastest time wins.

If there are an odd number of people, Bobby is on his own and any team that beats him gets to slap him ………………. IN THE FACE!

    I had no idea ya’ll were doing such a thing after the wod!! I thought we were ‘done’ for the day! The only 500 I have done is eat a 500 calorie ice cream!
