Thanks for being my timer, Katie 🙂

    • Jim Noyce says:

Jaime – Did you do 255 dead lift and 120 cleans? That’s what I attempted, and it was alot of weight.

Plus, I had no clue on the handstand pushups, but Bob was merciful on giving me credit (uh-oh, don’t let that get out).

The Saturday team workouts are really fun. I hope others join; and I hope you do a repeat on last weekend’s before the weather gets too lousy.

      • Jaime says:

Yep, 255 DL, 120 cleans, kipping HSPUs and of course, struggled thru the MUs!!
Good work today, Dad. That is a lot of weight 🙂

    • Katie says:

feel free to fire me since I obviously had no clue how to operate the timer! 🙂
