    Yesterday’s clean & burpees black wod rx’d – 5:07

    Planned on doing Fran with Jaime today, but my shoulder thought thrusters were a bad idea. Great job, Jaime!!

    Black WOD as Rx’d – 11:57, definitely not happy with my time today but got to complete lock out and turn out at the bottom of every MU, not fun without a false grip

    Impressive job today Bryant doing all the MUs!

    This was def not my workout.
    12:50 my dips slowed me way down and I am still using blue band for pullups. ( I have no place to kip here yet )
    Lots of work needed on those two exercises.

    I would have never thought that MU’s would be the easy part of a workout. Those thrusters were killers.
