        Megan, you are the “Burpee Queen”!!!! You just fly through those. Thanks for your technique tip. I will definitely try it next time. Unfortunately, the “getting up” part of the burpee is what really slows me down.

      Dont be silly, there are so many things I have to work on in crossfit… so many……….
      I will be 34 in November. 4 kids, youngest just turned one. I won’t complain with my progress but I have a long ways to go.
