TEAM DAY WOD:

Break up into teams of 3 and complete:
10 Rope Climbs
15 Tire Flips
3 100ft Farmers Carries (1 per team member) – (2 pood/1.5 pood)
30 Muscle-ups
100 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
3 Rope Climbs (1 per team member)

*Only one team member may be working at once, except on tire flips.  Scale for each team member as needed.  Sub 5 rope “pull-ups” from ground to standing for 1 rope climb.  Sub 3 pull-ups and 3 ring dips for 1 muscle-ups.

1. Will O. & Lindsay Noyce –130 (ALL TIED UP!)

    Murph still no kipping for me, blue band (the thinest I have)

    Never thought I would make it through the pushups.
    My first time doing Murph so now I have something to work towards next time that and pullups. These always slow me down.
