    Nucleus, proton, electron.

    What is an ion?

      I think it’s neutrons, protons, & electrons. ( nucleus consists of protons & neutrons). -I’m sure that’s what u meant, Will..but can’t wait to see the judge’s ruling 😉

      Ion is an atom w a positive or negative charge (uneven number of proton & electrons)…right??

      If the judge is looking for proton, neutron, electron, then the question probably should have been “what are the three particles of an atom?”

      I’m gonna with the three parts being the nucleus, the particles (protons, neutrons, electrons), and whatever the outside part is called (something about the orbit of the atom?)

        That would be the nucleus (consisting of the protons and neutrons) and the electron cloud (where the electrons orbit the nucleus)

    Blue WOD as rx’d 16:16
    Did all 90 of the squat snatches even though they may have been a bit ugly (I figured you can’t improve on a move if you don’t do lots of reps of it). And I officially hate wall balls; ten feet just seems so far up there. I feel sorry for all of you really short people!

    Grey WOD as RX’d time: ??? I need something to improve memory!
    Did pretty good until the last round of clean & jerk…..my form started really slipping so Jaime came over and tried to help fix it with a bar with no weights and showing me how it is supposed to look. That helped. Thanks, Jaime!
