    The pachanco (sp???)!!!!!!!! I LOVED this movie!!! I used to figure skate but I was 7-8 yrs old.

    Sumo deads 5×3 reps 170# probably should have done more #.
    No GHD, and no 15# plate sooo….
    20-15-10-5
    Floor Wipers
    10# DB each hand for Burpees
    45# OH Walking Lunges
    Right around 10 min. I forgot my timer.
    Der………. just now realizing it was a 5# plate not 15#.
    Oh well.

    I definitely should have done more weight. Oh well, next time.

    Blue WOD+: 9:22 (used a 10lb plate). Next time I’ll attempt the black WOD but burpees with 15lbs seemed too intimidating today. Way to go Jen for taking on the black WOD!

    Todays WOD was awesome! I loved it the GHD sit-ups. I will let you know in a day or 2 whether that is still the case.

    Did 20 Rx’d GHD’s, then realized if I wanted to be able to move tomorrow, I better stick with going parallel on the GHD. Definitely room for improvement.
