Sure glad I have company coming in town this weekend so I have an excuse to take a few days off. I have lots of muscles that need a rest. Welcome back Susan; it’s good to have you work out with us again for a few days before you leave for your big trip.

And yes, HAPPY 4th ANNIVERSARY Jaime and Brian! (Boy do I ever feel old)

It may have taken a while, but I finally finished. Never would have thought I could do 21 MU’s. A rest day will be fantastic after this one.

Saw three people do their first muscle-up ever tonight. Huge accomplishments. Nice job everyone.

  9. All I can say is wow! I really feel you’ve made valid and interesting points here and I concur. The difference between a good writer and a great writer is presentation. You’re a great writer.
