    Know it was an insane workout when my legs almost give out and my arm starts hurting from holding my purse while walking up 4 flights of stairs to my office, haha

    I would have loved to have taken a little longer but Bobby was pushing me to beat your time Lindsay (too bad it really isn’t comparable since you did the black WOD). Needless to say, I ended up flat on my back after I was done. Good 515 WOD!

    Nice work Jaime! I worked a lot harder knowing you were a few seconds ahead of me the whole workout. Took me until the last pullup to finally catch you.

    In other news…FINALLY got a muscle up. Thanks for the help from everyone. Can finally check it off the list. Good work everyone.

    My pull ups are absolutely awful so my goal is to eventually get strong enough to use the green band…baby steps!
