First Offical CF515 Team WOD

Saturday at 8:00 am at the new location!

*Break into teams of 4

Teams must complete the following:

4,000 meter Row

100 Power Cleans (135/95)

100 Box Jumps (24/20)

100 Pull-Ups (Chest-to-Bar)

100 Sumo-Deadlift High-Pull (95/65)

100 Burpees

*Only 2 teammates working at a time (rowing counts as a team member)

*Must finish all of the movements in order, except for rowing, rowing can be done anytime

*Scaling will be done as needed

*THANK YOU SO SO SOOO MUCH TO EVERYONE THAT HAS HELPED WITH THE MOVE, WE DEFINITELY COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT ALL OF YOU!!!

    Thank you to all the CF Iowa CrossFitters that stopped by today after what sounded like “one hell of a WOD!” It was nice to meet all of you and chat with some familiar faces. We are all extemely excited to have all of you come WOD it up with us very soon!

    do some squats
    now sit ups
    do a bunch of pushups
    and add insult to injury do a few pullups

    The gym is really starting to come together and having more and more people in there working out is great.

    21-18-15-12-9-6-3 High Pulls/Push Press = 7:43

    Fairly certain I beat Carolyn by .382 seconds. In order to redeem her loss, she cranked out her first unassisted pull-up since 4th grade. Nice Job!!!
