In honor of Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy, who was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

Black WOD

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
6 Pull-Ups and 6 Ring Dips (or MU progressions)
4 Kipping Handstand Push-ups or 4 Shoulder Press (1/2 BW)
8 1.5-Pood Kettlebell swings

Grey WOD

Complete as many rounds in twelve minutes as you can of:
6 Pull-Ups (with band) and 6 Push Ups
4 Shoulder Press (45 lb.)
8 1-Pood Kettlebell swings
