    My first post ever!!!!
    7:40 (Annie for beginners…..no double unders). Will work on learning DU’s now that I can jump rope again. Appreciated having the ab mats today, much better than rolled up towels.

    Jaime I thought Katie was gonna have you there for a bit. I think it would have been really close if the handle didn’t break in the first round.

    First time on the ab-mat and a nice friction burn on my rear-end to show for it. I don’t know when I suddenly became able to do 50 double-unders unbroken but something clicked and I like it!
